1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a tour with Wonderlust Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking, Deposits, and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The final balance is due 90 days prior to the departure date.
- Bookings made within 90 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations by the Traveler
Cancellation requests must be received in writing. The following penalty scale applies based on the date of receipt:
- 91+ days prior: Loss of deposit.
- 61-90 days prior: 50% of total trip cost.
- 31-60 days prior: 75% of total trip cost.
- 0-30 days prior: 100% of total trip cost (No refund).
4. Cancellations by Wonderlust Tours
We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer funds to a future trip. We are not responsible for incidental expenses incurred (e.g., non-refundable flights, visas).
5. Travel Insurance Requirement
Comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation is mandatory for all Wonderlust travelers and must be purchased independently prior to departure.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wonderlust Tours acts solely as an agent for the independent suppliers (hotels, transport, guides) providing your travel services. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the actions or omissions of these independent suppliers.
